ORLE zeigt deutlich, dass in ihm ein echter Charakterhund steckt: Am Zaun ist er sehr präsent und aufmerksam. Auch im Kennel scheint er eine gewisse Stellung zu haben, er beobachtet alles ganz genau und lässt nichts an sich vorbeigehen. Er ist intelligent, wachsam und wirkt selbstsicher.
Doch hinter dieser starken Fassade verbirgt sich auch eine große Unsicherheit im Umgang mit Menschen. Er ist scheu, weicht konsequent aus und nimmt selbst Leckerli nicht an. Er will keinen direkten Kontakt, hält aber immer Blickkontakt.
ORLE braucht Menschen mit viel Erfahrung, Geduld und einem sicheren, ruhigen Umfeld, die ihn nicht bedrängen, sondern ihm die Zeit geben, die er braucht, um Vertrauen zu fassen.
