HERBERT begrüßte uns im Kennel freundlich und mit neugieriger Zurückhaltung. Er hielt sich zwar eher im Hintergrund, nahm aber gerne Leckerlis direkt aus der Hand.
Bei der ersten Berührung zeigte er sich unsicher und reagierte kurz mit zaghaftem Abschnappen, ohne dabei aggressiv zu wirken. Sobald er merkte, dass ihm nichts geschieht, ließ er sich schließlich anfassen. Dabei konnte man ihm jedoch anmerken, dass ihm die Berührungen noch ungeheuer waren.
Mit seinen Kennelmitbewohnern, egal ob Rüden oder Hündinnen, ist HERBERT sehr verträglich und lebt harmonisch in seiner Hundegruppe.
